A Summary Plan Description (SPD) is a written summary of the Plan in an easy-to-read format. It apprises participants of their rights and benefits under the Plan and the protections provided to them under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). |

IT SHOULD INCLUDE: |
|
The SPD presented on this Web site includes the changes contained in the Summary of Material Modifications (SMM) for non-Interim Amendments, but it has not been updated with Interim Amendment language. Please be sure to refer to both the SPD and Interim SMMs, if applicable, when reviewing the Plan provisions. |

TIMING: |
|
Each new Plan participant must receive an SPD within 90 days after their Plan entry date. A beneficiary should receive the SPD within 90 days after first receiving benefits. A new SPD containing all Interim Summaries of Material Modifications should be sent to participants every five years. |

|
DISTRIBUTION: |
|
ADP will send it to the administrator of the Plan. The administrator is responsible for providing it to participants and beneficiaries. |
