Changing Your Password

You can change your password from Plan Sponsor Security only if you are logging in with a temporary password that was assigned to you by ADP Retirement Services.

If you want to change your personalized password, you must change it from the Plan Sponsor site login page.

 To change your temporary password in Plan Sponsor Security

1. Open your browser and go to www.mykplan.com/sponsor.

2. Click the link at the top of the page to access the Security Login page.

3. Type your user ID and temporary password in the appropriate fields, and then click Log In.

4. You'll be prompted to change your password. Click OK to acknowledge the message.

5. Type your new password, and reenter it.

6. Type your plan number, and then click Change Password.

7. On the Login page, type your user ID, new password, and plan number, and then click Log In.
